SHOP POLICY:
All my pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical, even on a repeated item as I hand fabricate every stage of the process. Please allow for slight variations from what is shown in the made to order photos.

Items marked 'ready to ship' are as seen.

Measurements are given so if in doubt, please refer to a ruler!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, please notify me of your wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Goods must be returned to me within 14 days. You are responsible for the return postage costs (I advise you use recorded delivery).

Upon receipt of returned goods which are in resalable condition I will provide you with a full refund.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless unless they arrive damaged or defective, customised or personalised orders.

I make every effort to ensure I give an accurate description of all items and try to use illustrative photographs, always taken in natural light. Due to the handmade nature of my items, each item will be unique. Please be aware that colour depiction can vary slightly with different computer monitors. Having said all this, I sincerely hope you love your purchase and I will do my utmost to resolve any issues you have. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss.

Should you have any queries, please contact me before purchase.

**Please note I do not offer refunds on custom made items**

FAQs:

If your purchase is intended as a gift, I am happy to send it directly to the recipient, gift wrapped & with a note, just let me know.

Custom Orders & Commissions:

  • Please note that - unless otherwise stated - all of my pieces are made to order and so you should allow up 2 weeks for standard items where I hold stock & 6 weeks where design consultation & possibly hallmarking (UK legal requirement on silver & gold above certain weights)

  • These time scales are not definite as in hand fabrication - there can be mishaps outside of my control - damage to a stone, customs delay, hallmarking delay etc - nature of the handmade beast unfortunately - I will keep in regular contact regarding time-scales & will indicate if there will be a longer lead time.

  • I would love to work with you to create something meaningful & bespoke just for you - just message me!

Ring Sizing

  • If you don’t know your ring size, it's best to go into a shop and try on some rings for size. My ring gauge measures in UK, USA & continental sizes. Please make sure that you issue me with your size accurately an as customer orders are non refundable. Rings can be sized up. Generally up to about a whole size. However, if they are set with a gem & need to be sized down the whole fabrication process needs to be repeated!

  • If you are ordering a wider band (over 4mm), make sure to try on an equal width ring as generally they need a bigger size!

Caring for your jewellery

  • Even the most robust jewellery is subject to damage. Precious metals & gemstones, even diamonds, can become scratched so take care when performing heavy duty work - sound crazy? Mucking out horses & gardening for example!!

  • To keep your jewellery looking like new, take it off when using cleaning chemicals.

  • Wash in warm soapy water & buff with a jewellery cloth. Special care will be issued with any treated stones

  • Don't wear delicate chains in bed where they are likely to break.

  • Store unworn jewellery in the presentation box it was packed in to prevent oxidation (silver) and other pieces of jewellery scratching the surface.
